Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
• Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Email support@aomiks.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

• Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
• Refund Issued: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: Items returned in non-original condition may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective/Damaged: We will provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency at the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
